酱酒酱香型白酒(中文标准名称Standard Title in Chinese),亦称茅香型,属大曲酒类,是中国白酒的香型之一。其特点酱香突出,幽雅细致,酒体醇厚,回味悠长,清澈透明,色泽微黄。贵州茅台镇酱酒,得益于独特的酿酒环境,采用传统工艺,长期贮藏,科学勾兑,精心酿制而成。经制曲,下沙,四高两长九蒸七取,勾兑、调味等重要环节酿造而成,加上贮存,一瓶地道的酱酒的生产到上市至少要经过5年时间。

由于有酱香型酒“三高”的特点,蒸馏时接酒温度高达40度以上,比其他香型的酒接酒时的温度高出近一倍,高温下有效地挥发了有害于人体健康的物质。经过三年以上的贮存,容易挥发的物质更能挥发掉绝大部分,所以酒体中保存的易挥发物质少,对人体的刺激小,有利于健康。酸度高,亦有利于健康,酱香型酒的酸度高,是其他酒的3至5倍,而且主要以乙酸和乳酸为主。根据中医理论,酸主脾胃、保肝、能软化血管。西医也认可,食酸有利于健康。道教和佛教也很重视酸的养生功能。

富含有益健康的有效成分,酱香型酒含有SOD,是氧自由基专一清除剂,其主要功能是清除人体内多余的自由基,抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、抗病毒、抗衰老的作用明显。同时,酱香酒还能诱导肝脏产生金属硫蛋白,金属硫蛋白的功效又比SOD强得多。金属硫蛋白对肝脏的星状细胞起到抑制作用,使之不分离胶离纤维,也就形不成肝硬化了。纯粮酿造,不添加外来物质,

酱香酒由纯粮酿造,是天然发酵产品。酱香酒的香气至今为止尚未找到主体香味物质,所以即使有人想通过添加合成剂作假也无从着手,这就排除了添加任何香气、香味物质的可能。

According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, acid dominates spleen and stomach, protects liver and softens blood vessels. Western medicine also recognized that eating acid is good for health. Taoism and Buddhism also attach great importance to the health function of acid.

Maotai flavor liquor contains SOD, which is a specific scavenger of oxygen free radical. Its main function is to remove excess free radical in human body. It has obvious anti-tumor, anti fatigue, anti-virus and anti-aging effects. At the same time, Maotai flavor wine can also induce liver to produce metallothionein, and the effect of metallothionein is much stronger than sod. 老厂区占地面积50多亩,是茅台镇最早的一家集优质酱香型原酒生产和销售为一体的民营酿酒企业。
