作为“2013上海国际创意产业周”的一项重要活动，凝聚着中、日、韩包装设计师荣耀和水平的第十三届亚洲包装设计展示交流会（APD）于10月30日－11月2日在上海国际包装创意总部园（杨高中路2112号）隆重举行。大会以“包装—科技与文化”为主题，探讨如何更好地将科技与文化融入包装的创意设计，突出创新和创意无限的理念，共求亚洲包装设计的交流与合作，创新和发展。潘艺夫先生应邀出席此次百位设计师大展，设计无国界。
